Veterans and military spouses are equal priorities. For spouses, our focus includes career continuity through relocation, returning to work, changing industries, and progressing without starting over.
As a woman-led business, C-Serv cares about helping women advance, particularly in technology. For women in the military spouse community, that means support to explore tech careers, build on the expertise they already have, and move into leadership, through relevant training, mentorship, and employer introductions. The wider program supports all military spouses, across technology and other career paths.
Mission: Hired is led by our Director of Business Development for the Americas, Ryan McGuire, a U.S. Army veteran, alongside C-Serv CEO Amy Gibson. In a previous role, Ryan built a veteran employment program that delivered 80 hires in 18 months, and he brings that same focus on meaningful, lasting employment to this one.
